General Terms (Product Price and Stock)
The price and availability of any product depend entirely on stock.
- Stock Availability: If a product is not in stock or becomes out of stock after placing an order, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, we may offer you an equivalent alternative product, or if you have made an advance payment, it will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
- Order Modification/Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order even after confirmation due to unforeseen reasons such as supply chain issues, natural disasters, or global situations.
- Price Changes: The authority reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. If the price changes after ordering but before delivery, you will be informed; you may then choose to accept or cancel the order.

Billing and Account Information Accuracy
- Accurate Information: You must provide your full name, accurate shipping address, reachable contact number, and payment details correctly when placing an order. The customer bears full responsibility if delivery is delayed, returned, or canceled due to inaccurate information.
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order or limit product quantities per person or household.
- Multiple Accounts: A customer cannot open more than one account. Any attempts to abuse promotions, coupon codes, offers, or discounts using multiple accounts may result in immediate order cancellation and permanent account suspension.
Discounts and Offers
- Usage: Coupon codes, promo codes, or special promotional offers are applicable only for a specified validity period and subject to stated terms and minimum order criteria.
- Limitations: A customer can enjoy a specific offer or discount code only once unless explicitly mentioned. Refunds or exchanges may not be applicable for special discounted or clearance orders (except for proven manufacturing defects).
- Rights: Virtual Mart reserves the full right to modify, extend, or cancel any offer or campaign at any time without prior announcement.
Errors and Inaccuracies
The website may unintentionally contain typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, technical glitches, or inaccurate product specifications.
Right of Correction
We reserve the right to correct any incorrect information, product data, or availability at any time.
Abnormal / Glitched Price
If a product's price is displayed abnormally low due to a system error (e.g. a product worth 1,000 BDT showing as 100 BDT), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if payment has been received.
Order Cancellation (By Authority)
We always strive to ensure authentic, flawless products for all customers.
- Quality Check (QC): If any defect or damage is detected during our mandatory quality control inspection before shipping, or if the product is deemed unsellable, the order may be canceled to protect customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Issues: Due to technical sync delays or unexpected inventory unavailability, an order may be placed even when stock is exhausted. In such cases, the order will be canceled subsequently, and the full refund process will be initiated immediately.
